He has nearly 20 years of experience in the senior living industry, where he has served in a variety of leadership roles. His career began as a Nurse and grew into positions such as Director of Nursing, Associate Executive Director, Executive Director, and Proterm Executive Director.
William has worked in Delaware, North Carolina, Maryland, and Virginia, always within healthcare. His focus has been on senior care operations, clinical leadership, and organizational management. Throughout his career, he has been dedicated to improving quality of care, supporting his teams, and ensuring operational excellence.
